we’ll meet every week for 2 hours on zoom. i’m proposing tuesdays 8pm-10pm est, but am open to moving it to saturday mornings if that works best for the group majority. sessions are recorded and will be available for review and study for one year.
no previous experience is needed. the curriculum is created to meet each person where they are. you’ll have access to the recordings and any related materials for one year to continue your studies and practice.
while not mandatory, i would advise coming to each live session to engage in community practice—this is where the real magic happens.
each class will follow the outline for the 4-part series and be adapted to meet the group where they are. the only planned prep work is to be as relaxed as possible and free of mood-altering substances like caffeine or plant medicine to support a clear channel.
there is nothing to fear! together we will co-create a warm, inviting, brave space for us to show up as we are. the hardest part will be getting to class. once we gather, you’ll be in a whole new frequency.
