each session is a uniquely co-created experience, where you and i, your higher self, and your spirit guides come together—

offering gentle wisdom and clear direction

to illuminate your path forward.

you may come with intentions for your session—

to feel lighter, to release burdens of relationships or heavy emotions,

to find clarity in a pivotal life choice,

to attune to the wisdom of your body,

to remember who the f*ck you are,

or simply to rest in stillness.

this one-on-one journey gently meets you exactly where you are, while opening a sacred space for you to connect with the infinite possibilities that are already within and around you.

breathwork is a powerful meditation where you may experience divine connection, transcendence of time or space, oneness experiences, deep peace, unconditional love, and orgasmic states.

what to expect

active breathwork activates the parasympathetic nervous system, which creates a felt sense of safety and relaxation in the body. it releases stored memories and traumas from the body, creating more space for wellness and ease.

this 2 hour session includes active conscious breathwork, somatic movement, meditation, energy healing, reflection, connection and more. 

general anatomy of a session:

breathwork sessions begin with a grounding breath, connection, intention setting, and deep stretches to open your body’s energetic spaces.

before the active breathwork journey begins, i demo the breathing techniques we will use for the session, and invite you to practice with me.

the active breathwork journey will be 45-60 minutes long. most of the journey will be laying down in the supine position(on your back). i will invite you to connect to your breath, body, and higher consciousness through affirmations, active self-touch, and music. 

the session closes with deep rest, stretching, and self-reflection. finally, i offer space to share, connect, and reflect on your experience if you feel called to do so.

contraindications:

by participating in this event you acknowledge that you are not pregnant, and are in good mental and physical health to do so. you should not participate in this breathwork session if you are experiencing  any of the following health conditions:

  • cardiovascular problems, including a history of angina or heart attacks

  • high or blood pressure

  • personal or family history of aneurisms

  • glaucoma

  • osteoporosis

  • recent surgery or physical injury

  • pregnancy

  • epilepsy or history of seizures

  • bipolar depression

  • borderline personality disorder

  • schizophrenia

if you have asthma please bring your inhaler in session.

if you have diabetes please be aware that you may start to feel shaky, tired, or have headaches.

to optimize your experience i recommend you: 

  • don’t eat or drink anything up to 2 hours prior to the session

  • bring a mat, blanket, eye cover, headphones, water, and journaling tools

  • perform any ritual or energy cleanse indigenous to you(this can include a simple prayer or thought)

  • set an intention for yourself for this session

  • prepare a quiet comfortable space for the session where you won’t be interrupted

  • keep your camera on—this is an online zoom session and your body must be fully visible for me to safely guide you through the breathwork journey by observing your body and breathing patterns. 

if you have struggled to meditate in the past and connect to your inner guidance, whether it was because of a racing mind or fidgeting body, this could be a great modality for you!⁣ it is a powerful healing tool that allows a deep connection to the body & heart.
